Teaching water safety at home and at school is crucial. Living with Water, a book supported by the Australian Government, is a favourite read at OSHC. This book follows the Kids Alive Do The Five to create a positive swimming and water safety journey. Reading this book was an excellent way to spark a discussion about what water safety looks like at both home and school.
We will continue our learning journey about water safety throughout the week by reading the Boo's Adventure Series, in which Boo explores various settings while discovering water safety.
