Practicing the skills of mindfulness with children equips them with the essential life skills that foster emotional well-being and resilience. Mindfulness cultivates self-awareness by teaching kids to recognise and manage their emotions, reducing anxiety and stress. It enhances their concentration and focus, aiding academic performance.
Therefore, during before school care, we practiced these skills by using our mindfulness pops, where the children relaxed their minds and bodies to get ready for school.
